Tender description

NUI Galway are seeking responses from suitably qualified organisations to license the operation, management and maintenance of CCMI ATMP production facilities, with options shown below and further described in the procurement documents. The operator will be limited to the production of ATMPs for clinical use under GMP guidelines. Option 1: Licensing of Production Room 2 in Suite 1 to Produce ATMPs for clinical use; Option 2: Licensing of Suite 2 to Produce ATMPs for clinical use; Option 3: Both Option 1 and 2 combined. This competition is subject to the provision of the Concessions Directive 2014/23/EU and the successful economic operator will be rewarded for the delivery of the required services through access to the opportunity to operate the CCMI (Centre for Cell Manufacturing Ireland) services as described in the procurement documentation. NUI Galway is offering three licensing options to CCMI, interested parties may express interest in options 1, 2 or 3 as best suits their requirements: Option 1: Licensing of Production Room 2 in Suite 1, Option 2: Licensing of Suite 2, Option 3: Both Option 1 and 2 combined. Note: only one operator will be permitted be awarded any of the above options. The anticipated duration of the Concession is 3 (three) years, with an option to extend for two (2) further periods of two (2) years, up to a maximum of seven (7) years. The successful economic operator will be rewarded for the delivery of the required services through access to the opportunity to operate the CCMI services as described in the procurement documentation.
