Request for Tender (RFT) for the Inclusion on a Panel for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Western Development Commission, Dillon House, Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon

Tender description

The purpose of this request for tender (RFT) is to establish a panel of qualified consultants from which individuals/companies will be selected to participate in a mini-competition for contract award for Provision of Consultancy Services for WDC. The consultancy categories envisaged for WDC over the duration of the panel are as below: • Category 1 – GDPR Provide expert advice & support in maintaining GDPR compliance in line with the regulatory and legal environment • Category 2 – Public Sector Procurement Provide expert advice & support in maintaining Public Procurement compliance in line with the regulatory and legal environment • Category 3 – Human Resources Provide expert HR advice & support in a range of HR aspects to minimise organisational risk • Category 4 – Legal Provide expert advice & support in the areas of expertise in legal includes: Employment Law, Corporate Law and Mediation Tenderers can tender for as many of these categories as are relevant to their area of expertise and must clearly indicate which categories, they are tendering for at Appendix I of the RFT provided. Please read the RFT provided which details the duration of the panel and how it operates and instructions to tenderers. It is important to note that being included on the panel does not guarantee a contract for work.
