A summary of the proposed works is as follows: a) - Provide new roof membrane and insulation to the entire roof of the existing building b) - Remove roof-lights and continue roof over the roof-light opes c) - Demolish existing conservatory to ground level d) - Replace external windows and doors to the rear wing of the building e) - Provide external wall insulation to the rear wing of the building f) - Repair defective car park surfacing and provide new bitumen macadam surface g) - All associated works
