Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for Bolton Libraries Self-Service Equipment which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Tenders may not be considered which do not comply with the Authority’s Terms and Conditions (the “Legal Contract”) applicable to this Contract, which are shown as an attachment to this document for downloading This procurement exercise is being run as an open Invitation to Tender (ITT) and the Authority will appoint 1 contractor on the Contract. The term of the Contract will be for a period of 5 years following the delivery and acceptance by the Authority of the final piece of self-service library equipment supplied under this Contract.
