Tender description

The site is currently an area of overgrown disused land located c.4km to the southwest of Belfast City Centre in south Belfast. It is bounded by the Andersonstown Road to the north. To the south the site is bound by residential dwellings. The site is bound to the east and west by commercial premises (restaurants). Clanmil expect to achieve approximately 12 apartments across the site with private amenity space and parking. The proposed mix could encompass: 10 x 2 Bed 3 Person CAT1 Apartments 2 x 1 Bed 2 Person CAT1 Apartments The exact mix will be determined through this competition. The properties will be constructed to Lifetime Homes and Secured by Design standards. Proposals should comply with the housing association guide and prevailing local and regional planning policy and guidance.
