Tender description

Failte Ireland is seeking expressions of Interest to investigate the marketplace in advance of conducting a tender porcess to procure a Contract Management System. The system will facilitate the creation of a contract master record register while also capturing any relevant documentation pertaining to the contract to enable effective and efficient supplier and contract management. Secure on-line hosted solutions are preferable but on-premise will be considered. For On-line hosted we require the data to be held within Ireland. System functionality should include: email alerting on events, multi-user access based on hierarchical levels, central administration of roles and permissions, detailed reporting functionality, monitor contracts with a status dashboard provided to users. The solution will inter operate with Microsoft Excel, and there will be a requirement to upload data from a current Microsoft Excel format. To register an expression of interest, suppliers are asked to complete the attached short questionnaire and email to procurement@failteireland.ie by the closing date and time indicated in this notice.
