Office Furniture and Fittings including Delivery and Installation

The Financial Services Pensions Ombudsman (FPSO) has an immediate requirement for office furniture and fittings at its Head Office at Lincoln Place, Dublin 2. The FSPO wishes to engage a single supplier, for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture as outlined below; • Delivery of the furniture to the FSPO office at Lincoln Place, Dublin 2 • Full assembly of the furniture in a ready to use state • Installation/wiring of any integrated power and data within the furniture • Making good any fixtures, fittings or building damaged during the delivery and installation • Immediate removal and appropriate disposal of protective packaging and all waste generated during delivery and installation process • Immediate removal and appropriate disposal of existing furniture and fittings All furniture and fittings must comply with all appropriate standards. The design and manufacture of all furniture must comply with relevant EN, BS or IS, or similar and certification of conformity to EN, BS or IS may be requested by the FSPO. It is intended that any future requirements arising, during the term of the contract, for the products listed above will be drawn down as an when required.
