Office and computing machinery, equipment and supplies except furniture and software packages

Tender description

This framework agreement will be in place to supply the NHS with all products to be used in an Office excluding furniture. It is estimated that there will be between 5 and 10 lots covering the following key areas; paper and card, general stationery, electronic office supplies both OEM and remanufactured with a potential managed print service option, envelopes with a potential hybrid mail option, specialist labels and office technology. It is anticipated that the expenditure will be in the region of 30 000 000 GBP in the first year of this framework agreement, however this is approximate only. This framework agreement is planned to go live 1.8.2021 and run for a 4-year duration. This lot includes all copier paper products for use in everyday printing. This lot includes a broad variety of stationery products and other associated products that are not included in any of the other lots. This lot will include the supply of all printer consumables both original equipment manufactured products as well as remanufactured and compatible products. A managed print service option for this lot will also be explored. This lot includes all envelope products and a hybrid mail option will also be explored for this lot. This lot will include all label products required for use by the NHS. This lot will focus on the supply of technology hardware for office use as well as the consumables for this hardware. Maintenance and repair, software and licensing will also be included.
