Newcastle College would like to appoint a service provider who to provide recruitment services IAG support for our delivery of the L3 Diploma in fitness instruction & personal training. The course will be delivered with cohorts across two methods of delivery: evening classes over 20 weeks; and, intensive delivery over 6 weeks. Learners will be 19+ and will cover the costs of the course either through self-funding or accessing a Learner Loan. We will require the service provider to deliver: 1. recruitment of 30 learners (19+) 2. monitoring of quality assurance including: o retention & achievement o reviews of learner progress o regular reporting to NCL 3. providing advice and guidance to learners on completion of the course in relation to further education or employment opportunities Keywords: Information, Advice and Guidance, IAG, Sport and Fitness, Education
