Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a four year, Multi-Party Framework Agreement, for the supply, delivery and unloading of trees. The initial contract covers the requirements to be delivered for 2019 planting (in November & December). A minimum of four (4) and a maximum of six (6) operators will be admitted to the framework provided that at least four tenderers qualify in accordance with the selection and award criteria. As requirements arise, framework members will be issued a ‘Supplementary Invitation to Tender’ which will set out the specifications The single annual request is expected to be issued in Q3 of a year to meet that year’s planting requirements. When delivered all trees must be labelled (individually or in groups), by species and cultivar for the purpose of identification. Please see the tender documents for full details.
