London Stansted Airport are seeking to establish a concession agreements with multiple suppliers for the provision of vehicle hire services. The suppliers awarded the agreements will be responsible for the provision of hired vehicles to airport and non airport guests; which shall include the following service deliverables, booking arrangements, vehicle and documentation, breakdown, roadside assistance and relief vehicles, maintenance and damage reporting, delivery and collection of the vehicles, insurance, payments, charges and invoicing and contract management. If you are interested in participating in the supplier day, please follow the instructions detailed in this notice. Interested parties are asked to firstly register on MAG Airport Ltd's eTendering system on the below link: https://esourcing.waxdigital.co.uk/MAG Once you have registered, please contact Andy Hayes on andy_hayes@stanstedairport.com and advise that you have registered. You will then be given access via the eTendering portal to information regarding Stansted Airport and the supplier day such as location and timings for the days. Closing date for expressing your interest in attending the supplier day is 4 p.m. on Tuesday 17 March 2020.
