Tender description

Community Services are responsible for the overall programme management and hold the budget for this services, however the operational repsonsibility for the different elements of the programme lies with the relevant LCC directorates. £157,100 of the funding has been allocated to Adults Services over two years to support migrant rough sleepers away from rough sleeping, through funding accomodation and support. Whitechapel through their work at Labre House have developed an expertise in working with Migrant Rough Sleepers. Commissioner has consulted Patrick Kube from Legal who has advised on submitting this exemption.
