The Institute of Technology Tralee is seeking the services of a competent service provider for the maintenance of grounds at the Institute of Technology Tralee on its North and South Campus in Tralee, Co. Kerry. The North Campus comprises of 65 acres and the South Campus comprises of 10 acres. Further details are available on our website www.ittralee.ie. High visibility areas which are the first impressions our customers experience of the Institute have to be maintained to a very high standard. This tender is divided into 3 lots. Interested service providers must apply for all lots: Lot 1: General Ground Maintenance – North Campus; Lot 2: General Ground Maintenance – South Campus; Lot 3: Specialist Maintenance – Playing Pitches and Sand Carpet Athletics Track.
