Tender description

Harrogate Borough Council (HBC) and North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC) intend to procure a managed service provider to roll out public WiFi, a pedestrian monitoring system and a low powered wide area network within Harrogate District. This is a prior information notice which also seeks to engage the market. If you would like to be involved with the pre-market engagement process please follow the instruction at VI.3) ‘Additional Information’. The procurement exercise to be used is not yet determined however we anticipate that our supplier engagement will help in determining the most suitable procurement method.
