Tender description

The IAA intends to establish multi-party framework agreements for the provision of ICT services to enable the IAA draw on the required resources/services as needed. There are 3 lots involved as follows: 1) ICT Frontline Support; 2) Other ICT Personnel; 3) ICT Infrastructure/Project Work. Tenderers may submit a proposal for one or more lots and for one or more category in lot 3. Frontline support for the ICT Department within the IAA for: 1) Desktop support specialists; 2) Office managers/service desk administrators. Senior project managers, project managers, business analysts, ICT analysts, database administrators, applications developers, cyber security specialists. Categories: (a) desktop software and hardware; (b) network and server software upgrade/technology; (c) enterprise/server application upgrade and replacement; (d) ICT security; (e) business intelligenc; (f) audio visual video conferencing; (g) print management; (h) mobile computing; (i) project management.
