Ceredigion County Council invites applications from organisations who wish to provide heavy plant hire, with or without operator, within the County. The Council intends to operate a dynamic purchasing system populated with the successful applicants and use this for accessing services based on rates submitted by contractors in a schedule of rates on a yearly basis.
