External Printing Services Call-Off Agreement

Tender description

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to specify Ofqual's requirements to Tenderers interested in tendering for the contract for printing services. The contract will be a Call-off Agreement to cover present and future requirements during the period of the Contract. Ofqual is a Government appointed body for the regulation of independent qualifications with around 200 staff, located at Earlsdon Park, 53-55 Butts Road, Coventry, CV1 3BH Our requirement may comprise the entire services for external print including; supply of goods or services, stock management, storage, pick & pack, despatch and management information. This may cover the complete service to optimise, manage and produce our external print requirement including the production of reprographics, printing and personalisation of documents, finishing and binding and stock management. The successful Contractor may be required to support Ofqual by providing advice on the feasibility of concepts put forward, or the practicality of a suggested approach. The appointed Contractor will need to be flexible when working with Ofqual to ensure that our individual strategic objectives are documented, achieved and surpassed where possible
