Tender description

BEIS is seeking a contractor to improve the tracking of land use change in the UK Greenhouse Gas inventory. BEIS is looking to hold a supplier event on the 19.3.2020 in support of a proposed invitation to tender. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to one representative per organisation, as space will be restricted. Please note that this PIN is not a call for competition. It is intended that this procurement will include two work packages. Work package A will combine existing data sets and maps of land use change to estimate land use change in the spatially explicit manner. Work package B will use raw remote sensing data to further refine the tracking of land use change [in a consistent manner with international guidelines for Greenhouse Gas inventories.
