Tender description

The National Blood Centre building is 20 years old and contains twenty five toilet rooms located in office & Laboratory areas. Most of the toilet rooms are made up of two-pod and three-pod toilet cubicle structures. There are also some rooms containing single toilets (disabled etc) and there are also six shower areas. Many of the cubicle structures have deteriorated due to age and use. The main scope of this project is the refresh of these bathrooms with new toilet cubicle structures and other panels as listed in the bathrooms.
