Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works for the Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) in relation to Planned Preventative Maintenance (Lot 1) and Reactive Maintenance (Lot 2)

Tender description

The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) invites suitability qualified works contractors to participate in the tender competition for term maintenance, repair and refurbishment works at their site in Dublin 8. The works are to be awarded using the Framework Agreement for use with Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Works Contract. The tender is divided into the following Lots: Single Party Framework for Planned Preventative Maintenance (Lot 1) and Multi-Party Framework for Reactive Maintenance (Lot 2). The duration of the Framework is for two years. Further details of the competition and works to be completed are set out in the documents included with the Contract Notice.
