Estate Improvement – Stonehouse Rise, GU16 8DP The removal of an area of degraded tarmacadam to be replaced with mulched & landscaped flower beds at Stonehouse Rise. Remove hard standing/tarmac (looks like moss) – landscape and grade. Removal of two smaller peripheral trees leaving one large tree in the middle of the tarmac for shade. Remove damaged fencing around the perimeter of the affected area. • Set up a safe route from the excavation site to a defined site staging area to the front of the property. • set up safe access and egress for residents and site equipment. All routes and waste areas are to be cordoned with H&S appropriate barriers and signage deployed. • A defined site staging area to the front of the buildings will be identified, agreed with the client and sectioned off to accommodate deliveries of topsoil and turf. • Remove approx. 500m2 of tarmac & steps down. • Trees x 2 to be removed including the roots. • Waste from the excavation removed from site and disposed of correctly. • To transport approximately 120 tonnes of topsoil into the excavated area. • Grade out soil to create a gentle and even slope from the rear fence to the front of the excavated area. • Turf to be laid on the new topsoil except those areas defined by the client's agent as being suitable for flower beds. • To make good any areas affected by machine access/workmen topsoil and grass seed where required. • Install new fencing to replace any damaged perimeter fencing.
