Tender description

Canterbury City Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the undertaking of Servicing, Maintenance & General Repair of Public Building Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarms and Emergency Lighting Systems and invites prospective suppliers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1 April 2020 and will continue for a period of 2 years (with a 1 + 1 year extensions) unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract. It is a condition of the Invitation to Tender that all contractors attend an accompanied site visit. Any contractor who does not attend one of these site visits will be disqualified from the tender process. Site Visit Appointments must be made via the message facility on the Kent Business Portal.
