Tender description

Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to tender for the supply of public order equipment which includes, but is not limited to: — body protectors, — chest guards, — batons, — shields, — other protective equipment. The framework length will not exceed 4 years and is anticipated to commence in early 2021. The value of this framework is estimated to be between 500 000 GBP-1 000 000 GBP. An industry day will be held in early March 2020 (Date TBC), any responses to this PIN will receive further information in due course. This industry day will give suppliers the opportunity to view the items that the Public Order equipment will need to be compatible with, and ask any questions in relation to this requirement. The tender process is likely to include user trials, for which bidders will need to provide sample equipment.
