Tender description

Torfield and Saxon Mount Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust comprising 2 special schools: Torfield School and Saxon Mount School, near Hastings, East Sussex. Torfield school has 2 sites and 100 pupils, Saxon Mount has 140 pupils on a single site. The contract will be for the provision of outsourced cleaning services to the client, including daily cleaning and out of term deep cleaning, for spaces including but not limited to teaching, office, circulation and rest room spaces. The cleaning service is currently provided by the local authority. The contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods. The services are to be provided at the following addresses: Torfield School, Croft Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 3JT Torfield Early Years, Parker Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 3TH Saxon Mount School, Edinburgh Road, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN38 8HH.
