Tender description
Letterkenny Institute of Technology requires the provision of a comprehensive, high quality, flexible and responsive catering service delivered by means of a service concession. Customers of the service will be students, staff and visitors to the Institute. The Institute expects the service to incorporate continuous development, improvement and innovation and to be delivered in accordance with the requirements and specifications as set out within this RFT.
