The expert services of a suitably qualified organisation(s) or collaboration of organisations from the public, private, or community & voluntary sector are required to develop a “Football Clubs for PEACE Project” that will focus on building positive cross community and cross border relations. The Donegal PEACE IV Action Plan identifies the need to deliver an innovative programme that will seek to utilize football as a tool for social change, focusing specifically on building positive cross community and cross border relations.
