Nursing Home Provision for NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG

***THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT ONLY*** NHS Arden & GEM CSU, on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull CCG are looking to establish a consistent pricing framework for the commissioning of Care Home Services. The commissioner has already run a series of workshops aimed at canvassing general opinions from the market during July 2019. This event will feedback on the actions the CCG has taken as a result of market feedback from these events as well as giving providers a final opportunity to review the specifications and tariffs which the CCG will be proposing as a result. There will be two events, both held on 10th March. One will be held between 10am and 12 noon, and the other between 2pm and 4pm. Details of the venue will be available when you book your place via Eventbrite. The following specifications are attached to this advert, all of which will be procured as part of the upcoming exercise: • Nursing Home placements • Acquired brain injury bedded placements • Complex Learning Disabilities bedded placements The Section 117 bedded placements specification will be attached when it becomes available. Providers are invited, when booking their place at the event, to share their comments with regard to the above specifications by completing a short (optional) survey. Responses to the survey will be fed back to the Commissioner in order to inform the content of the event and to allow the feedback which is most relevant to providers to be given. There will be a total of 80 places available on each event and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
