Tender description

The current CMS used by the service, IRIS, will no longer be supported as of December 2019 as it is an outdated system. There is therefore an urgent need to source an appropriate replacement. The new system would need to account for other external factors including: the projected increase in demand; the transition of the coroner's service into NCC; the introduction of a Medical Examiner function in the NHS; GDPR and appropriate storage/retention regulations; the transition to unitary authorities.
