Minor works framework for services to St Michael's House Housing Association

Tender description

This tender is to provide minor works services to St Michael's House Housing Association. The tender is broken into three lots. The first Lot, which will operate on a taxi rank model (by rotation) is for works up to €50k. The second Lot which is for larger minor works, will operate by way of mini-competition and is for works in excess of €50k. This framework will be available for use to the wider St Michael's Group within the public procurement rules. Finally, Lot 3 will comprise Quantity Surveying services for the Housing Association. This will operate by rotation and will entail the estimation of works costs for tenders drawn down from the framework.
