Tender description
Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced contractors who would be placed on a framework to carry out repairs, maintenance and minor works to buildings on behalf of the Council’s Property Services section. The contract period is 1 May 2020 to 30 April 2023, with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to review and performance. These properties will be located within the Council Borough area.
