Tender description

The works will comprise, but not be limited to: The construction of a new 2-storey building (approximately 2 800 m2) at the front of the hospital site. N.B. The first floor will not be fitted out and will be constructed to a shell standard only. Refurbishment of an existing ground floor department (approximately 1 425 m2). Reconfiguration of existing access ways and new paved areas.
