Insurance brokerage services

Tender description

The awarded contract afforded the following service to Southern Water; health insurance and health benefits broker, inclusive of market testing SWS requirements, full facilitation, administration, reporting and recommendations (ad-hoc and in an annual market report) for SWS requirements covering a number of business health related services, including but not limited to: — private medical insurance, — private medical insurance cash plan, — employee assistance programme, — employee cash plan. Services includes brokerage of primary and secondary health insurance and or health benefit services (health services). This is for an initial term of 3 years with an option at SWS discretion to extend for up to an additional term of 7 years (10 years in total).
