The Regulator's HR Team require the procurement of a subscription that will allow access for all HR team members through an individual sign-on and can be used to help in their day to day duties and aid personal development. Desired areas of resource that any proposed subscription needs to include: • Surveys and data on all areas of HR - essential for our new remit of reporting used for reference material and comparisons • Management training materials - a wealth of out of the box training programmes for people managers that can be downloaded and tailored for TPR • HR related pod casts and webinars for our own development • Twice the amount of policies and templates than HR inform (current subscription) has to offer • Template how to guides covering all aspects of HR that we could use as templates • Easy access case law for referencing Additional information: Suppliers are reminded that all ITT documentation is only available when downloaded from our Bravo Solutions eSourcing portal.
