Grampian Primary Academy - new classroom extension

Tender description

Grampian Academy is a primary school in Sinfin, Derby with 240 pupils on role. The school has identified the need for additional classroom space, suitable for a class of 30 children and believes there is potential for a section of the building to be extended to accommodate this. Some reconfiguration of the outdoor playground area will be required, and this is detailed in the specification. The new classroom will be roughly 55sqm in area, require efficient heating and lighting, suitable ventilation, access both internally and externally and a sufficient number of data and access points. The Academy will also expect the contractor to carpet and suitable decorate the classroom prior to handover.
