Mould and damp prevention programme. The proposed contract is for works and services and includes requirements for: — installation of healthy-home rapid-response- sensor, — healthy-home-performance-certificate, — root-cause analysis for mould and damp issues, — behaviour change for customers on a ‘case-by-case’ approach for a minimum of 12-month, — damp and mould related works to properties including shielding of affected surfaces with proprietorial nanotech products, — integrated software for resident targeting, visit arrangement, lettering, resident visit, in-home programme delivery, data collection and reporting, — logistics planning algorithms and pre-assessment tools to optimise delivery and live dashboards enable the programme’s steering, — dedicated telephone support/advice services assist residents, — energy saving advice including boiler/heating optimisation, — fuel-poverty assessments, — benefits-checks water-saving programme.
