A central delivery organisation will provide logistics and administration: including making grant payments to schools, organising training and acting as a central point of contact for enquiries. The main objective of the delivery centre is to support the Department and its behaviour adviser team in the successful implementation of the behaviour hubs programme. The delivery centre will be responsible for: — supporting the on-boarding of participant schools, — developing and delivering the packages of support created by the advisers, including event management, — providing a quality customer service, including logistical support, communications, school liaison and admin, — project and contract management, monitoring and reporting, — managing programme finances.
