The work covered by the Works Requirements and Pricing Document comprises the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new Changing Room Building to provide changing rooms, multi-purpose room, showers, toilets, accessible changing / toilet, services room and staff facilities with associated site development works at Tim Smythe Park, Ennis, Co. Clare. Continued access through the existing park is to be safely maintained during the construction works period. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
