Tender description
Temporary School Accommodation on 4 sites in the Dublin region. Temporary school accommodation shall be provided on each of the 4 sites, in accordance with the design intent drawings and documents. Accommodation shall be prefabricated/modular in construction. Works will also include all civil works, siteworks, drainage, service connections, roads, parking, fencing, landscaping etc. Lot 1 - Pelletstown Primary ETNS - this school consists of 12 single storey classrooms with ancillary accommodation. Lot 2 - Stepaside Educate Together Post-Primary School, Leopardstown. This school consists of 16 single storey classrooms with ancillary accommodation. Lot 3 - Tully Park Primary School, Cherrywood. This school consists of 3 single storey classrooms with ancillary accommodation. Lot 4 - Harold's Cross Post-Primary School. This school consists of 6 single storey classrooms with ancillary accommodation.
