St Helens Council – Expression of Interest This is for information only and for Organisations to express an interest in this opportunity. St Helens Council are looking for a provider to deliver our PAMS Assessments and are inviting expressions of interest in this opportunity. The aim of the contract will be to work with the council to upskill staff, through training and development opportunities, and to undertake PAMS Assessment. The Parent Assessment Manual Software was developed by nationally renowned PAMS Author Dr Sue McGaw & PAMS Assessments Ltd. The PAMS serves to assess if a parent’s skills knowledge and practice meet the standards required to provide good enough parenting through this analytical assessment the welfare of children are placed at the center, and makes clear recommendations for their futures. The value of procured activity for the contract will be approximately £20K per annum, the intention is that the contract awarded from this procurement will last for 3 years. St Helens Council reserves the right to extend contracts for a second and third period of up to 12 months subject to funding availability, the provider’s delivery and performance against the contract, and including any changes to the overall budget arising from the Spending Review or adjustments to the way in which St Helens allocation is calculated by central government.
