Tender description

The Rotunda Hospital requires general and deep cleaning for the premises detailed in the tender documentation. Tenderers should note that they will be required to provide all cleaning supplies, and the cost of sufficient supplies should be included in the ultimate cost. The successful Tenderer will be required to operate an environmental policy which aims to minimize the impact of their services, materials and processes on the environment. In particular, the contractor must be compliant with all relevant environmental, waste management and hazardous products regulations and must seek to minimize the usage of chemicals and materials that are damaging to the environment, using environmentally-friendly products where practicable.
