Tender description

Highways England are looking to procure services to undertake traffic counts, including turning counts and speed surveys, at various locations along the Area 7 road network. Please note, you must be a registered TST supplier with Highways England in order to submit a bid. If you are not registered, please contact nationaltst@highwaysengland.co.uk in order to do so - registration can take several weeks. All appendices available upon invitation to tender.
