Tender description

The City of London Corporation (‘the City’) has procured a design team to mid RIBA Stage 2 with respect to the Grade II* Smithfield East and West Market buildings, their generous basement and the associated Grade II Rotunda. This is a site of considerable heritage and the successful team will be expected to demonstrate high-quality design expertise as well as considerable experience of successfully working with listed structures. The team will include the following services; architect, structural and cost consultant. As defined within the procurement documents.
