Tender description

Dŵr Cymru is seeking advertising buying agencies to advise, plan and deliver multimedia campaigns communicating key messages such as: — not-for-profit awareness: Who we are, what we do, — giving customers a voice, — behavioural change (Let’s Stop the Block, Love Dŵr, Wrap up Wales, Reservoir Safety). In order to take advantage of the specialisms within the supply market and to offer flexibility in the delivery of campaigns, the framework will be split into 2 lots: Lot 1: Traditional media (such as TV, radio, print); Lot 2: Digital media (such as social media, digital display, digital search).
