Adullam Homes Housing Association - HRIS System - AWARD

Tender description

Adullam Homes Housing Association wish to appoint a supplier to provide an integrated HR information system and payroll solution, utilising self-serve functionality across a multi-site operation. Full details related to the requirements of Adullam is included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification. It is intended that the contract will run for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend for a further twelve months at the end of year three, at the discretion of Adullam. The estimated contract value per annum is c. £20,000 - £25,000 (exc VAT) per annum for both system and payroll provision. It is recognised that the implementation will realise increased costs in year one but these, together with the annual running costs should not exceed £50,000 (exc VAT). Adullam will utilise bespoke terms and conditions, as detailed within Document E.
