1-1015 Operations RIS Planning and Development Contract

Tender description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to support the operations directorate as it starts the process of building toward the third road period case. The building of this case is a requirement as part of the Roads Investment Strategy periods (or road periods) and is required under the terms of its operating licence. This contract will provide support to Highways England staff in undertaking the initial stages of the case development necessary to: - determine roles and responsibilities for delivery of the Operations "Operate, Maintain and Renew" (OMR) case, - undertake the process of collecting and baselining data, - developing performance options, - efficiency opportunities, and - defining the key themes which will underpin the third strategic case.
