Tender description

Replacement of wireless fire alarm systems on 11 buildings in Warrington, ranging from Civic buildings , Library's, Care Homes, Grade 1 Listed buildings. New systems to be wired analogue and 3 of the sites to have a full PAVA systems installed. Program to be confirmed dependant on budgets. There's two option of a A & B with the A Option of all 11 buildings being completed or Option B dependant on budget constraints, where the council may cherry pick from the 11 sites to be completed. The program and when the works will be carried out are dependant on the budget and will be confirmed post tender. Keywords: Fire Alarm
