Wandsworth Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers for the provision of housing support services for young people in Wandsworth. The service has been split into 3 lots — 2 accommodation-based services and 1 floating support service. The Council will not award both accommodation-based contracts to the same provider. The contracts will be for a period of 3 years commencing from 1.7.2020 and subject to an extension period of up to 2 years at the absolute discretion of the Council. The indicative budget for all 3 lots is 3 120 190 GBP over the proposed contract period (5 years) including the extension period, with an annual value of 624 038 GBP. Wandsworth Council is looking for a suitably experienced and qualified service provider to deliver an accommodation-based housing support service for vulnerable young people, including care leavers, single homeless and teenage parents. The aim of the housing support service will be to support young people to reach their full potential, develop skills for life, prevent loss of housing tenancies or accommodation and access health and well-being services. The successful tenderer will deliver the service across 46 units located over 9 properties located in Wandsworth. The successful tenderer will be required to enter into a housing management agreement with the landlord of the property. The contract for lot 1 will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1.7.2020 and subject to an extension period of up to 2 years at the absolute discretion of the Council. The indicated value of the contract for lot 1 is 1 827 700 GBP over the proposed contract period (5 years) including the extension period, with an annual value of 365 540 GBP. Wandsworth Council is looking for a suitably experienced and qualified service provider to deliver an accommodation-based housing support service for vulnerable young people, including care leavers, single homeless and teenage parents. The aim of the housing support service will be to support young people to reach their full potential, develop skills for life, prevent loss of housing tenancies or accommodation and access health and well-being services. The successful tenderer will deliver the service across 24 units located over 5 properties located in Wandsworth. The successful tenderer will be required to enter into a housing management agreement with the landlord of the property. The contract for lot 2 will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1.7.2020 and subject to an extension period of up to 2 years at the absolute discretion of the Council. The indicated value of the contract for lot 2 is 962 125 GBP over the proposed contract period (5 years) including the extension period, with an annual value of 192 425 GBP. Wandsworth Council is looking for a suitably experienced and qualified service provider to deliver a floating housing support service for vulnerable young people, including care leavers, single homeless and teenage parents. The aim of the floating support service will be to support young people to reach their full potential, develop skills for life, prevent loss of housing tenancies or accommodation and access health and well-being services. The successful tenderer will provide an average of 2 hours of one to one (1:1) support to service users in their own accommodation. The contract for lot 3 will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1.7.2020 and subject to an extension period of up to 2 years at the absolute discretion of the Council. The indicated value of the contract for lot 3 is 330 365 GBP over the proposed contract period (5 years) including the extension period, with an annual value of 66 073 GBP.
