Tender description
The proposed works will include the installation of a new smart metering system to manage water and electricity supply on the Pier and Quay and the extension of the existing smart metering system at the marinas to include management of water supply as well as electricity. Works to be provided by the Contractor as part of their obligations includes but is not limited to the following: Removal of existing Emcon power boxes Supply and installation of multiservice meter pedestals in existing concrete enclosures on the Pier and Quay Construction of a new concrete enclosure on the Pier Supply and installation of bespoke remote services outlet boxes on the Pier and Quay Supply and installation of marina pedestals with water and electrical meters at the Marina Supply and installation of water service pipes and cable ducting and associated chambers Supply and installation of all mechanical and electrical ancillaries to the Works Supply and installation of all civil and building materials for the Works Excavation for trenches and reinstatement on the Pier and Quay Connections to live services – water and electrical Disposal of waste and surplus spoil Site set-up, site security, traffic management, safe access PSCS role for the duration of the works All ancillary works required for the proper execution of the Works
