The Supply of Security Services

Tender description

The Catapult is undertaking a tender exercise to appoint a suitably capable and experienced Supplier to provide security services to its London based office. The requirement is for a suite of security services for the Catapult's multi-occupancy, multi use office building including unlocking the building and disabling the alarm, securing the building at the end of the working day and a 24/7 response to fire and security alerts. The office is spread over 6 floors and is approximately 2442 metres squared. The term of this contract is three years with one potential extension of 12 months meaning a maximum contract period of four years. Bidders are required to provide a fixed price for the services for the three years of the contract.
