Tender description

Venue Development and Overlay is looking for a qualified team to provide planning, project management, design, production and delivery of the look of the games (LOK) and wayfinding/signage (SIG) with supplier resources embedded within the OC as required. The supplier will be responsible for: — overall planning of LOK and SIG scope and programme, — providing embedded resources for design, planning, project management and delivery, — managing the OC functional area resource scoping towards establishing the look, wayfinding and signage scope at each venue, within approved budget and programme constraints and gain OC sign-off for delivery, — providing and managing scope through database management software, — procurement and fabrication/manufacturing, — design, engineering and regulatory compliance, — logistics, supply, delivery, storage, installation, assembly, testing, commissioning, — games operations, maintenance, repair/replacement and support, — decommissioning, removal, remediation and recycling.
